Morgan was one of the actors in the informational film Safe Sex for Men and Women focused on AIDS prevention as well as education. Morgan contributed a part of her income for the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is a part of the entertainment industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan is the leader of numerous other fundraising initiatives for the cause and also appeared before a special Congressional panel on AIDS education. She sits member of the board of Governors of APLA and Board of Directors of Amfar. She was asked to take over the role of the Surgeon General who was formerly C. Everett Koop at AIDS-related events. Steve Bell, a news anchor, has also hosted a AIDS Awareness Special. Ted Koppell asked her to appear twice on Nightline with regard to AIDS. Morgan is nominated to be an Emmy award winner in Diane English's Murphy Brown Special Episode written specifically for Morgan. Morgan co-starred in ABC television's Your Money or Your Wife in springtime with Joan Rivers. The summer began in the form of Murder At The PTA Luncheon, produced by Von Zerneck/Sertner. Marla Gibbs and Cindy Williams also appeared. The second part of the project brought Morgan to Luxembourg, where she starred as Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in Harmony Gold's production. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also featured. Morgan has also appeared in an action-packed psychological thriller produced exclusively by USA Network. This thriller received the highest ever ratings for the network.
